Save a form to PDF

Hi,


I have a workflow requirement that the completed form needs to be saved as a pdf in a SharePoint document library. I know there is the save to pdf button, but I'm wondering if there is a way to automate that process via the workflow? Or maybe through a rule, with the target location already populated.


I'd rather not have the user be responsible for clicking and selecting a location.

You can use the K2 “Word Documents Event” in your process.


Choose > Convert Document > From SP doc lib > Choose Lib > save as “PDF”
