creating sub-tasks of task by splitting the task description field

Hi,

 

Is there any way to create sub-tasks of a task that has any number of bullet points in it's description?  There should be sub-task for every bullet point.  Number of bullets can vary.

i am looking for a way to create subtasks on a task list when documents are added to the project doc lib.

Project and task information will be on the docs meta data.

ideas?
