I create a workflow with Designer and the first step is user task. I did click send notification to Originator but no mail or notfication get sen. Where can I look for the problem ?

Could it perhaps be that the process was not yet started? As the mail event is only actioned once the process is started, not when the process is created.
The problem could also lie within the Exchange server, are you able to send/receive mails? In my personal experience I sometimes find that there is a delay when receiving notification emails.

You can have a look at this document - K2 SmartForms
It explains a little more about smartforms, I suggest having a look from page 94 downwoards as this is where the User Task is handled in depth.
