Need explain about some key performance counter of k2 sql server

Dear all,

I'm reading "Monitoring the K2 blackpearl environment". But I don't understand some counter when monitoring SQL server.

In page 7-10:

- % Processor Time. It is about 200. I don't understand what it mean. In product enviroment, it is up to 1600.

- Full Scans/sec. It is about 2-10. Is it important?

- Transactions/sec. It is about 0-100. Is it important?

You're right.

SQL Dev server has 2 core, SQL Prod server has 16 core.
