When using the SmartForms Runtime SSL variable in an email, only the SmartForms Runtime SSL becomes clickable and any additional text I add is not counted as part of the hyper link.
Even when using this inside a <a href="SmartForms Runtime SSL/FormName/Parameter=Bla"> WorklistItem </a>
What am I doing wrong?

Hey,
Use Hyperlink expression available usnder the Text category to build an URL link. Normally Smartforms envrionment filed is recognised as hyperlink data type by email body and rest all it assumes as string thats how it works by design.
