I created a Hyperlink and Image column in SharePoint (in a List), sharepoint can read the image that I upload, but Nintex does not, only the image link in the form appears, where the image that is in the list should appear.

Is it Nintex for On-Premise SharePoint or for Office 365?
I see same behavior in On-Premises SharePoint, it looks it is the by design of Link/Image column on Nintex form. Work around is, place a "Image" control on Nintex Form and assign its "Image URL" property to item's Image column value as shown below.
Then create rules to show or hide either image link or image (if in edit mode, show link, hide image, if in display mode, show image and hide link) as shown below.
Now, the item with image looks like below in view mode.
