What I mean it that :
-I have two processes that each one contain an activity. What I want to do is to expire the activity in the process no2 from the process no1

What you describe is possible but not advised. Does the first process involve human workflow (destination users in activities)? If not, it may be better to consider writing a custom application to expire or finish an activity in a process.

Assuming you already have relevant info to expire the 2nd process, you can call a web service from 1st process to do it. The web service checks to verify the caller ID is from the ID that runs your K2 service and uses K2MNG API to expire it.
