Cannot post a support case, because credentials are not accepted and emailverification is not send to my mailbox.
Maybe this way anyone from Nintex can pick up this post and resolve our problem ?
Because you are receiving this in a Sandbox, try emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
If down the line you receive this error in Production, reach out to your Account Manager.
