Salesforce report not showing correctly in Excel

Hi,

 

I have setup a delivery package to display in an excel template. I have a text field in salesforce report that comes out in a formula in Excel any idea why this is? When i change the text field from forward slash to backslash it is ok? Example is below.

@Sgarvey This indicates it is not getting the correct format. To fix the formatting we recommend having place holder values in the field to keep the formatting, the following link mentions dates but it is the same for other formatting issues(https://community.nintex.com/t5/Technical-Issues/Drawloop-Formatting-Dates-in-Excel-and-Reports/ta-p/115223).
