Our existing Output Filename fields for DDPs are tagged in the following naming convention:
DocuSign - <<Contact_LastName>>, <<Contact_FirstName>> Employment Agreement <<Today__v>>
This has worked for years. Today I noticed the filename that's actually being generated is adding the name of the selected attachment file to the end of the naming convention. How do we fix this to stop adding the attached file name?
example: DocuSign - Monroe, Marilyn Employment Agreement 04-24-2018 - Monroe, Marilyn.pdf

Great question, typically file names get added to the end of the file when you return originals or separate pdfs. This helps with identifying which file is which after the documents are generated.
