I have just installed drawloop for the 30 day trial.  I create a package and can run it no problem.  We I move to a users I have added them to the users area of drawloop admin and also added the drawloop permission sets.  When I click on the button to generate the DDP  it starts and then I get an error e8e88b93-99c0-4806-820a-734a9d490ba6.

this is when its starts to loop the document.

Any help would be appreciated

Thanks

Hi Timothy Colonna‌,

This error is typically thrown when the System Administrator is running a DDP that contains a report via Subscriber Access.

To resolve this issue follow the steps below:

1.Navigate to Setup > Manage Apps > Connected Apps > Drawloop Document Generation
The Permitted Users drop down should be set to 'Admin approved users are pre-authorized'

2. Navigate to the Drawloop Admin tab > Configuration > Settings

Ensure Connected Apps and OAuth are enabled

The other option is to login with the users credentials to run the DDP and not subscribe in when running a DDP that contains a report.

Getting a new error now.  seems to be permissions related as admins can run the ddp but regular users cant
