When I set DocuSign as a delivery option in the Drawloop DDP, the user has to enter their password every time that they use that delivery method. Is there a way to configure this so that the user doesn't have to enter their DocuSign password?
Don't think so. Where would I check that?
Found the setting. Yes, Send on Behalf Of is enabled
Hey Kevin,
There are 4 DocuSign fields please make sure all of the fields but DSProSFUsername are blank.
The following fields should be empty DSProSFPassword, DocuSign API UserName, DocuSign Password.
Cheers,
Ryan
Hi All,
I am also experiencing this issue and do not have Sign on Behalf of checked. Also, only the DSProSFUsername is populated in SFDC. Any help here would be greatly appreciated.

For me, the issue occurred in the Sandbox. In production, it seems to be working fine and is not asking for the password.
Hi Kiaya,
If you do not wish to use Send On Behalf Of (SOBO) you will need to ensure every User that will be sending a generated document via DocuSign has their password stored in the DSProSFPassword field on their Salesforce User record. If a user changes their password in DocuSign they will also need to update this field on their User record. Because of this, many customers tend to use SOBO which allows you to use the credentials of one User therefore requiring you to only manage one password.
Just to clarify you'll need to reach out to DocuSign to have them enable Send On Behalf Of (SOBO) if you want to use it and don't already have that feature enabled.
