Copy type of "Group"

Jump to solution

Can you provide an example of a use case for a relationship with a copy type of "Group?" I'm not sure how to correctly configure a relationship that uses this copy type.

If it helps, this is my use case: The opportunity is my starting object. I want to display a table of the Opportunity Products, grouped by Product Family.

Hey Kevin Crews,

Your use case is a perfect example of when you would use the "Group" Copy type. Once you create your relationship you'll see a new field appear that is called 'Group By' which you'll select Product Family. In your document you'll need to make sure you include both the table replication and row replication tags.

I hope that helps!

Cheers,

Ryan
