Error 2601

Started getting this all of a sudden:

 

Error 2601, Level 14, State 1, Procedure aCheckOutEvents, Line 133Cannot insert duplicate key row in object 'Form.ActionItem_Design' with unique index 'UX_Form_ActionItem_Design_ID'. The duplicate key value is (5c19a9a6-9579-4f06-a14c-e4c0adfe3dfb)
 
Any ideas how to fix? The error appears when i try to edit a form

Hello,


 


I am not sure of what exact version of Smartforms you are working with. There was a KB article for version 1.0.2 of SmartForms that talks about this issue and provides a workaround. I have seen this issue occur on other versions of K2 SmartForms so this is a good workaround to test even if you are not on that version 1.0.2.

If this does not solve your issue I would also try and see if an IIS reset will do the trick. If possible perhaps even a restart of the Blackpearl Server while you are at it.

Hi,


 


The error could be caused by another form being checked out. Is this form is being used as a sub-form of other form? Please try to check in all the forms.


If you save the form as a new form, then would it allow you to edit the form?
