Hi,
I am getting this error when I try to create new process instances. I checked in the K2 Service Manager, and according to it, the no. of user licenses I have is 10. On this forum itself I got a solution to the problem, according to which I have to restart the K2 server service, so that the server clears the destination users for activities that have been completed. Is there some other method whereby we can clear this without restarting the service. Its not possible for me to restart the server service in the production environment. Please guide.

Regards,

As far as I know there is no other way then to first delete all running instances from each process and then restart the service.

What I don't understand is the issue with your production environment. Do you have limited licences on that as well. Usually you should have this only on your development machine. In live environment you are not limited.

Hi nayakraghu82,

Unfortunately there is no other way to reset the user count other than restarting the service.
