Attachments not attached as Salesforce Files with DocuSign

I can't seem to get the files generated with DocGen and DocuSign to be attached as Files even after changing the settings to use Files as the attachment preference.

 

Reason I'm not using Insert-Update is because we are transitioning to Lightning and would rather use a flow to create a contentdocumentlink and attach that to the account when the opportunity is Closed Won rather then document generated.

 

Any solutions out there?

I would suggest logging a case with Support for this one, they will be able to have a look and see what is happening.

If you are using DocuSign connect to save files back after the signing process is done you will need to update your settings in DocuSign.
