I am having issues with using Drawloop Next fields for email delivery. What are the parameters I can use to have a dynamic "To" address for each email delivery?

I see this has been out here a while, so I hope you've gotten the answer by now. But just in case- you can set the email recipient(s) on the delivery option in the 'Additional to', 'CC' and 'BCC' fields.
You can use the field tagger to reference a field (with one or multiple comma separated addresses) from related records as well.
