Using a Relationship for a Checkbox of Yes or No

Hello. I am fairly new at using DocGen through Salesforce.

I have a question on the DocGen form I am preparing. It is in relation to a yes or no checkbox.

I already have the relationship built, with alias of Temps, in the DocGen package that has a filter set with two identification.

I am not sure how to set up the export option to check "Yes" when the two filter conditions of the salesforce record status are true.

Can someone guide me through this or point me to a video that shows how to set this up?
