Salesforce DocGen: Format Changing?

Has anyone ran into the issue where your document looks one way before upload but when you upload it and generate a doc, the format changes? Things that are on page 2 are now on page 1. Any suggestions on how to prevent that from happening?

@jordanndye - If you submit a support case through the Nintex Customer Central portal (http://customer.nintex.com/), one of support reps can assist you. 


 


What you described should definitely not be happening, sounds like very strange behavior. Without further details, it may be hard for us to help resolve your issue, contacting support would be the best route.

Actually, I think I may have figured it out. We were using a custom font - so I changed the doc to Arial and tried again...and that seemed to work!
Glad you were able to figure it out!

Custom fonts could potentially cause those types of changes. Our DocGen Engine supports the standard fonts you would find bundled with Microsoft Office. Unfortunately we can not support custom fonts due to licensing restrictions.
