I'm having an odd issue. One of my documents works great when testing the package, or running from the tool in the package detail page. However, when I run the document using a link button from the Opportunity detail page, the result is a list of individual documents. Thoughts?
Check the document output type on your delivery option. This may be set to separate PDF or Same as Original.
