Replicate related record data in same row

Hi All,

I am trying to replicate related records in same row rather than creating new rows for each line item.

We have 5 Opportunity related objects (Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday) and each child object has few records. I am trying to group record names by child object in one row.

I have attached a screen shot for better understanding.

The 'Day' column indicates child objects and Stall number indicates a record field in the object.

Is it possible to get all stall numbers for each day in one row?

Like below

Tuesday: A13, B13

Thursday: A13, A14, I55, K99

etc.

Did you try Table inside row.

Hi Abu,

It's not possible to pull the child records in one row. Each child record will pull up in a new row.
You could perhaps try using excel as middleware pull in the data in there and transpose the data in excel. Then copy that table into your word document
