Nintex Document Generation in our environment states that it has only consumed 49 of 50 document generations, but surprisingly it is not generating any more documents.

Nintex Document Generation in our environment states that it has only consumed 49 of 50 document generations, but surprisingly it is not generating any more documents. My workflow has no errors, it is only getting stuck at the "Document Generation" action, it is not moving on from the action and it is also not logging any error on the workflow so i am unable to see what could be causing the issue.
