Internal Error when Downloading Document

Hi Team,

When I click Run DocGen Package I am able to generate the document but when I click on the document to download it throws:{"errorId":"2d936e5a-8708-4dbe-81fc-4db359d41ad9","message":"An error has occurred. (InternalError)","status":"error"}.

For some users, it's working perfect and for the same profile users, we are facing the error as well.

 

It was working before as expected and suddenly this issue has come up. Please help.

The error you're getting is an interesting one. If you haven't already, please open a support case with support@nintex.com, and include this error Id. They'll be able to give you more information on how to resolve this issue.

This has happened to us too.  Our templates are stored in Salesforce Files.  This error would occur if the person didn't have access to the library where the template is stored.  Could even be a user-permission to grant CRM Content.  Adjusting that permission resolved it for us.
