I am trying to edit Email Template with merged field inside Salesforce. However, Drawloop Email Body shows the error message said, "We were unable to process the email template. Error Message: Enter an ID for a person, such as contact, lead, or user."
@MelodyLinVroom I would raise this issue with the Support team(support@nintex.com), they would be the best help on this issue.
