Addressing DDP to Household names, not individual Contact or no Contact for Organization

Jump to solution

We are brand new SalesForce NPSP and Drawloop users. We have created several DDP to acknowledge various types of donations; however the creation involves selecting an individual contact from the Household or the Organization.

1)  for Households, is there a way to address to both spouses of the couple

2) for Organizations, can we not have a Contact?

Perhaps you could create a Nintex form for a Sharepoint list and set a Sharepoint BCS to connect to your HouseHolds >>> Business Connectivity Services in SharePoint 2013

Hey John,

1) Is there a field that you use specify which contacts you are looking for? I would recommend a couple possible solutions either creating an aliased filtered relationship and tagging the documents with those new aliased tags or doing row replication. I'll include a few helpful links below.

Links:

Filtered Relationship: http://help.nintex.com/en-US/docgen/docservices/#LOOP%20Document%20Services/Filtered%20Relationship....

Alias Relationship: http://help.nintex.com/en-US/docgen/docservices/#LOOP%20Document%20Services/Alias%20Relationships.ht...

Row Replication: http://help.nintex.com/en-US/docgen/docservices/#LOOP%20Document%20Services/Replication%20in%20Word....

2) Do you have 'Contact Selection Required' checked on your DDP? If so, you can un check that check box to remove the contact requirement.
