change the parameter value

hi everyone

if we start the workflow can we change the parameter value for certin instance

 

for example

i start a process and the process data is as below

ID      6

OrderId      0

PDFID   0

 

and i need to change the OrderID and PDFID  to 6

the process oready  started

ShlbAh,

 If I understand the question, you can change the values of those fields in the workflow designer using data fields. You should be able to pass the value from a rule in the form or you can use a form rule to create or change a parameter in the form and then simply pull that value from the form perameter into the datafield in the workflow. It looks like you are trying ti use the PDF function in the form. Is this correct. If so there is an easier way to do this and you can use a sort order to sort the PDF by ID. Let me know if this is the case. I think I have some documentation on how to do this.

I guess that you want to update datafield in K2 instance. you can following resolution as link as below:-

I suggest that use 3rd party tools from the link, its easy way to update datafield.
