save attachments in a folder

Hello.

 

I have a simple form with an option where the user can attach a file. What do I need to do in order to save this attachment in a folder on sharepoint? The problem sounds very simple but I tried all day to solve it and did not manage. I am using Nintex for Office 365 online. When I check the xml file NFFormData, the attachment name is there <Attach1 type="System.String">picture_123.jpg</Attach1>. But what can I do to actually upload it and put the document somewhere in a folder.
Any help will be appreciated. Thanks in advance

thank you @eharris04 for your suggestion. I will try this way im sure it will be useful for another time.

I actually managed to solve it following this post. the essential part is that the files are uploaded automatically in this hidden folder mentioned in this post: 
"Lists/LISTNAME/attachments/IDOFITEM/Attachmentname.jpg" which i used as shown in the screenshot
