Is it possible to do this scenario in Nintex O365.
I have a task where multiple groups have 10 days to provide input. If they all approve the task prior to the 10 day, a final approval process starts.
If they dont respond in the 10 days, then their task will be "cancelled" - input no longer needed - and the final approval process will start

You can auto-complete an overdue task which would not cancel it but cause the function of the workflow to continue based on whatever remaining logic is there. This is out of the box with Nintex task.
