document generation no longer working in O365 workflow

Just in the past two days as I have resumed testing for my O365 workflow I have noticed that the workflow in my state machine works perfectly until the document generation action then halts with no errors.  The action is in the last state of RMA Complete.  Any suggestions as to what I can try to fix this?

This has now been resolved. We discovered that in the Document Action that only a single field is required in the Output and not both which caused my workflow to suspend.  Attachment 1 shows the incorrect config, 2 is the Error message from the log and 3 is the correct configuration.  Personally this could have been avoided if the documentation was clearer or that the two fileds could be an Either OR.Incorrect configuration.Workflow Suspension
