after installing the nintex apps is there a way to 'hide' the nintex icons for forms & workflows so other non technical users cannot open them?

I installed both forms & workflow apps to a list. I have created the forms & workflow. Now I don't want anyone changing the form or workflow by clicking on the nintex icons and messing around. Does anyone have a good way of preventing that?

Thanks!

The site contents forms and workflows links? They won't be able to access or edit the workflow/form designer unless they have design permissions

Thank You! I will check that out with a regular non tech user.

Hi Steve,

If a non-tech user belongs to "member" or "visitors" group of your site, he/she can not access the Nintex Workflows or Forms links from list settings bar.

In order to create/edit Nintex form or workflow, a user should have "Owners" and above permission level.

And uses with "members" permissions can run the workflow (manually start the workflow if setting is enabled). Hope it helps.

Thanks,

Krishna.
