We have been using SharePoint and Nintex to process change orders for about 4 years now.
Nintex workflows were created for approval or rejection of process steps which would also capture comments. In that previous version of SharePoint we had ‘Request Review’ and ‘Request Approval’ modules under ‘User Interaction’.
At the beginning of 2018, we migrated to Office 365 SharePoint and Office 365 Nintex Workflows and quickly discovered there are no ‘Request Review’ or ‘Request Approval’ modules so we are using the ‘Assign a Task’ or ‘Start a Task Process’ to perform a similar function.
We would prefer to use a true review or approve module in Nintex but either I’m missing it or it’s not there.

You can develop similar functionality with Assign a task or Start a Task process actions:
