Just a general query I guess as I don't believe this is possible. I would like to render a list of views. For example, I have a view that displays a reciept item and all it's data. Is it possible to make the form loop though multiple receipt items and generate a view for each item.

This is out of K2 Scope, you can't generate views dynamically.
