Symptoms
Missing Reference errors during package and deployment. Smartform views and forms are not being deployed to Target environment due to errors. No problem deploying SmartObjects.
“Missing Reference” with Out of the box Controls such as Button, Cell, Column, Picker, etc.
Diagnoses
On target environment, we were unable to see any Views or Forms when trying to create a package from PandD tool as well. This is typically an issue with smartforms installation.
Resolution
We were able to resolve the issue by running smartforms Setup Manager with Repair option.
