Remove specific user permissions - Office 365 update item permissions

Hello,

Using Office 365 update item permissions action in Office 365, i can remove all permissions and then need to add individual users/groups to an item in SharePoint list. 

I would like to remove specific user/group from an item and add a new user/group to that. Could you please let me know if  it is possible to achieve it?
