Our company has moved the db sever of K2. K2 blackpearl is installed on 3 web servers. For 2 of web servers i am able to configure the K2 databases but for one of the server i am not able to configure the K2 database . Kindly find the screenshot below::

Have you checked the installation logs? Regardless of failed or successfuly installation, the installation wizard should generate an installation log. The log itself should provide you with some clue as to why your database configuration failed.
