During debugging, it is very useful to put an e-mail event or some other action before already created events inside a workflow. You can easily do this by using the Instert New Step function. To access this, hover the mouse in the middle of the line that you would like to insert the new step and a box with a green arrow should pop up. Simply click on that box and you will be able to create a new step.
