Nintex workflow stuck at Started and not proceeding further


We set up new office 365 platform and trying Trail version of Nintext Workflows.

I just created sample workflows which will just log some comments to workflow history and send email.

I ran the workflow and checked status, it just shows "Started" and it's not proceeding further.

Hi Vishnu,

Did the comments log? It would be helpful to know what part of the workflow has stalled.  Please also be aware that there was an issue yesterday with emails that Microsoft have been working on.

This is an ongoing issue over the past 36-48 hours...I have had many workflows (in different tenants) simply go to sleep over the past 36 hours...no errors and all with 'Started' status. Within the last couple of hours several workflows started yesterday seem to have come back to life and finished what they were doing. But others started today are still dormant and apparently doing nothing. Support are aware, but I don't have any other information.
