Nintex O365 Assign a task


Good day, I have a workflow with various approvers, but some of my Assign a task initial emails arrive with subject line only. Why is that or what am i doing wrong? The wording on all the Initial emails are similar.

Do all your recipients use the same email client? Have you copy-pased the body of your message from elsewhere? I faced it sometime ago. The solution in my case was to once more add the action and to create the body of the email totally inside Nintex, using the field's wyswig editor.

I copied and pasted and added the workflow items from that current item. Will try to redo it from scratch.

Good day Tomasz,

Yes it was solved - i had to create new Assign-a-Task and re-populate them again. According to Nintex they sometimes break and you have to redo them.
