Last Run time of Nintex Online Workflow

Hi Team,

 

We have a bunch of Nintex workflows configured by end users in SharePoint Online. We want to know actively used workflows. For this, we want to get the last run time of all these workflows in SharePoint site. Please let me know if this option is available either through UI or programmatically?

Enhance all Nintex workflows to create a log enter type of List Item each time they are triggered. Then you can filter and sort this List any way you need.

Thanks Simon. Can you please share the steps after we configure the Nintex Hawkeye at O365 to get the last run time of Nintex workflow. Will it fetch the last run time from past (like if workflow was last run in Jan 2018) or will it capture the details only after enabling it & show results based on that?

Hi,

I looked into your requirements and basically the tool will show data from when you install onwards. Some historical data can be gathered but this is more around the number of workflows in the Tenant and not based on workflow instances.
