How to extract data from excel

Hi -

Request from user -

They have a Excel spreadsheet contain each line items.  The information is download from SAP system.   We have to iterate each line items and sum up the total by account and the approval is based on the total by account.  there are only 2 level of approval by $$ value.

Can you give me some suggestions what is the best way to do this. The form is pretty width as we have many columns.  I can use add item but the width is the concern.  I was also wondering if we can just have them load the Excel spreadsheet and we can kick off the WF as soon as they load the Excel spreadsheet.  One catch, once the total is approved to move forward, they have to go back to SAP system to update some fields and then they have to come back to the spreadsheet or form to fill in one of the column before the whole process is completed.

I have attached a screenshot of the spreadsheet.  This is not a hard request but I will have many similar requests that will come and I would like to find the best way to do this.
