Hawkeye Workflow Report - Question about "Not Available" URLs

Jump to solution

Hi, I'm hoping this is a simple question, I tried browsing through the forums and didn't have much luck.

I'm looking at an exported version of the Nintex Hawkeye List of All Workflows (pointed at a SP2013 farm) and noticed that the URL for many of the results are either N/A or Not Available. I was curious what these workflows are. When I look at the Path column I can see that some seem to be a part of the root, while others just say "SP2013 / Production FarmNot Available."

I was wondering where I could find more information on what these mean.

Thank you for any and all help.

So the concept of development and production came about after SP2013 was shipped and a lot of these workflows were probably not tagged and updated as development or production. This doesn't have an effect on the workflow itself but helps to distinguish between a set of workflows.

Hope that helps.

Hi

I am having the same issue. And what I am observing is that all the site workflwos are showing the path as:

SP2013 / Beta SharePointNot Available

And all reusable and list workflows are showing it correctly.

Is it a known limitation for site workflows?
