Generate Excel worksheet from CSV

Hello, I have a scheduled workflow (using O365 Flow/Power Automate) to output a CSV file every day for new travel bookings entered into a SharePoint Online list.  

Unfortunately the client isn't happy with CSV and has asked for XLSX format.

 

Wondering if there is a Nintex solution to convert the new CSV file generated by Flow to Excel.

You could create a scheduled Nintex workflow that queries the list and then uses a Document Generation action to generate the Excel file. With the Doc Gen action you can take information from multiple collections (list query results) and create the resulting Excel file based on a preconfigured template. If the data is just SharePoint list data, it will require less actions and less work to just query the lists within the Nintex Workflow rather than generating the CSV in Flow and then querying the CSV.
