Default File Upload Problems

Hi, 

 

I have started to build a basic form which consists of a series of single choice and short text boxes. 

 

It doesn't contain any file upload controls. 

 

When I go to save the form I get the following error message

Its highlighting that there is a problem with the default file upload field. 

 

When I click on setting and scroll down I get this

Any ideas how I can get round this and save the form I have created please. 

 

Any advice appreciated.

@StaceyLee Are you able to provide copy of the Form or it won't even let you save? As you are getting an error it might be worth reaching out to the support team(support@nintex.com).

Form was just being temperamental I think as I left it for a while then when I tried again to press save it let me!!
