Exchange Configuration not applying in K2Workspace

Symptoms


First Notification via Email Event is not received on Mail address.
 

Diagnoses


- Corrected the setting on ConnectionEditorString.exe.
- Change from Address on K2 Workspace --> Environmental Fields --> Development and Production.
- Change the String Table values on the K2 workspace Server.
- Reconfigured K2 BlackPearl with updated EWS Settings.
- Tested solution , and no notification where received on the dedicated mailbox.

 

Resolution

- After some investigation, we check the K2Service Account on Active Directory and no email address was not added.
- Added the email address and update the Identity Table.
- Tested again, and Notification where recieved as expected.
