Unable to delete any component from a new folder
Diagnoses
When having deployed a package and wanting to delete the form and views from the departure environment, the folder they are designated in within the designer doesn’t seem to delete.
This has been done with the K2 Admin account, service account, and other designer users.
What is even strange when trying to delete, no errors are shown.
What would be the best approach to get remove the folder here?
Resolution
You may try using a different browser in this scenario such as Chrome or Firefox.
The folder itself can be deleted. When right clicking and selecting delete, then after refreshing the page the folder should no longer appear within the K2 designer.
