Assign Task notification without approval buttons

Hi, I have a Nintex online workflow with an Assign Task action.

 

Within my Assign Task action it is configured to allow Lazy Approval and send the task buttons (Accept/ Reject) via email as seen below. Suddenly those buttons (Accept/ Reject) disapered ! Any ideas please?

 

Assign Task configuration:

RIGHT - Task email notification with buttons (Accept/ Reject):

WRONG - Task email notification without buttons (Accept/ Reject):
