workflow suspended, workflow instance exceeded the CPU usage limit

My workflow is too much big(exactly: form is too much big for too many columns), so it's very unstable. workflows often don't work when I submit a form; tiny changes in workflow may causes workflow can't  work.

 

This time, I just add some log Action,  the workflow doesn't work again. Screenshot below:

This problem may caused by MS workflow: SharePoint Online Workflows

After merging two actions, It was work itself, weird....
