In our team we have to date-stamp invoices electronically. Invoices arrive and instead of printing out and stamping a date on the invoice, they will have to date-stamp the file electronically. How can we achieve this?

We use Muhimbi PDF Converter Watermarking actions, to create Watermarks(Stamp) on PDFs. You can achieve your requirement using the Muhimbi Watermarking Nintex workflows actions or use their Real Time Watermarking feature.
