We have Nintex workflow for office 365 setup(list workflows) and has been running fine since more than a year.
Recently we have started to get complaints from users who are getting duplicate emails at interval of few minutes. Upon inspection we noticed that workflow started again and hence the duplicate email(which is a step in the workflow branch).
This has started to happen across various forms/workflows that workflow gets started multiple time.
We did not change workflow start conditions which are set to ,since incorporated a year ago:
1) when item created
2) Item modified -conditions a) workflow state <> 'value1' AND workflow state <> 'value2'
These conditions and workflow logics have been untouched since we went live more than a year ago.
Please advise where we can look into further to investigate and fix the issue.
