Friends,

We have subscription to office 365 workflow pack. Is there a out of the box way to capture workflow data like duration, start date, end date etc? Any pointers would be appreciated.

Thanks,

Hi!

What kind of subscription you have? Standard or Enterprise?

If Enterprise please use Nintex Hawkeye and Hawkeye beacons to achieve it.

Tomasz,

How can we check that?

Please advise.

Hi,

You should contact your Nintex contact person (once in Nintex app, click "About" link in top right, then subscription details. That person will tell you what version you have. You can ask directly about access to Hawkeye, for an account.

Tomasz,

I just checked we have standard subscription. I will have to find some work around.

In this situation I would try to log all these information into a custom list.

So add "add list item action" wherever you want to log and insert such information as datetime of action execution, variables values and so on. Start datetime before approval and end datetime after to capture how long it takes.
